All Morgan's products are manufactured entirely in house at our factory in the United Kingdom to current European Union regulations.
We are a member of the Cosmetics, Toiletry and Perfumery Association the United Kingdom cosmetics and toiletries manufacturing industry trade association.
Through CTPA we have a route to the European Cosmetics Association ensuring that we are in line with the current European Union codes of good manufacturing practice.
Our products are fully tested by independent analytical chemists Intertek who provide toxicological assessments and reviews. They confirm that our ingredients are legally permitted under EU Directive 76/768/EEC and its amendments and they have quoted the following. "Under normal reasonably foreseeable conditions of use, products made to this formulation are unlikely to produce and abnormally high number of adverse reactions. The product will give users the level of safety they can reasonably expect."
We are members of the US Personal Care Products Council (formerly the CTFA) and, to the best of our knowledge and belief, our products are manufactured in compliance with all United States local and state laws and regulations as well as the Federal Food, Drug and Cosmetics Act 2004 and are permitted to be sold in interstate commerce throughout the United States.
